    Sites & access codes

    Each training site has one access code, valid for one year, that its residents enter when creating an account. Give the code to the site's educator. The code IS the site's identity: "New code" issues a fresh code for the same site.

    The code is suggested automatically from the site name (letters and digits only); edit it if you like. Expiry defaults to one year from today.

    Educators

    Educators sign in on the Educator Portal with their ordinary course account and see only their own site's residents. Access lasts one year; renew or revoke here.

    Normal workflow: when an educator emails you, pre-approve their email here and reply with their site's access code. When they create an account on the Educator Portal with that email (or sign in with an existing course account), their educator access is activated instantly — nothing more to do.

    Manual grant — for someone who already created an account before being pre-approved (they appear under "Waiting for approval"), or to make an existing course account an educator. Administrators already see every site and don't need an educator record.

    Residents

    All sites. Change a resident's site here if they signed up with the wrong code. Test results show the most recent attempt; practical results are recorded by the educator from the scoring tool.
